If your items need special attention in order to price them we will make all efforts possible to research them and price them accordingly.
Organization of Items For Sale
We will prepare your home, organize your items, price items, and set up necessary tables and stations in order to make your sale successful.
Advertising
We will post signage on roads, ads online, and on social networks, place ads in your local newspaper, as well as contact our loyal customer base.
Sales
Our average sale consists of 3 days but this may change based on the size of the sale.
Removal of Unsold Items
We will arrange for a local charity (who uses donated items to service the less fortunate) to pick up all remaining items and give you an itemized tax write off.
Leave The Work To Us
Leave the work to us, there is no need to sort, clean, or make the house ready, we will do all that for you. Do not throw anything away, what you think is junk may be a treasure to someone else. Allow us to do the hard work for you with confidence and trust. All you need to do is remove from the home what you decide to keep and worry no more, we will take care of the rest. If you’d like, we will even have the house professionally cleaned when we are done.
